Payment Instructions
Please make checks payable to PMC c/o Veros Real Estate Solutions and include the name(s) of the attendee(s) on the face of the check. Registration fees include some meals (breakfast and lunch), receptions, access to all educational sessions, and activities unless otherwise noted. In order to receive Advanced and Early Bird Discounts, special rates or promotions, full payment must be made by the listed expiration date . Any registration not paid in full at the time of the marked expiration date will be subject to the current rate. Full payment must be received by the registration deadline or the registration will be automatically cancelled.
Full payment Due Dates:
- by March 1 for Advanced Registration
- by May 1 for Early Bird Registration
- by May 25 for Standard Rates/Online Registration
- by June 3 for On-Site Registration
Registrations with declined or invalid credit cards will not be processed. Veros reserves the right to verify your company profile and adjust your registration if necessary.
Substitutions:
All registered PMC attendees have the ability to log on with a username and password to make necessary modifications, updates, substitutions, and cancellations. Please see cancellation and refund policy below for deadlines.
To guarantee that the correct name appears in the conference program, substitutions must be submitted on or before April 16, 2012 . For your name to appear on the final registration list, substitutions must be received by May 4, 2012. After May 25, 2012, substitutions must be done on-site. Substitutions and updates to registrations may also be requested by emailing info@PMC2012.com.
After your substitution request has been processed, you are responsible for contacting the hotel and making changes to any reservations. You will need the registration ID code of the former registrant in order to make changes to any hotel reservations.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations and requests for refunds for registrations must be made in writing. Cancellations and requests for refunds received on or before April 16, 2012, will receive a full refund minus a $75.00 processing fee. Cancellations received between April 17 and May 4, 2012, will be refunded 50 percent of registration fees. Absolutely no refunds will be granted after May 4, 2012. Absolutely no refunds will be granted for any One-Day Passes or Guest Passes.
Refund Schedule:
- Received on or before April 16: Full refund minus $75 processing fee.
- Received between April 17 and May 4: Refund is 50 percent of the registration fee.
- May 4: No refunds after this date.
- Absolutely no refunds for One-Day Passes or Guest Passes
Program Cancellation:
In the unlikely event PMC is cancelled, PMC and Veros will refund 100 percent of registration fees paid. PMC, Veros, its officers, directors, agents and employees, assume no liability for any penalty fees on airline tickets, deposits for hotel accommodations, or any other fees, charges, penalties or other incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of a program cancellation.
Guest Policy
Each registrant is limited to one (1) paid guest. A guest is defined as a spouse, significant other, friend or an adult child (18 or over) who is not attending in an industry-related capacity. Co-workers or associates in the industry may not use the guest registration category. Each guest pass permits entry for one (1) to the exhibit hall, refreshment breaks and evening functions. *Access to General Sessions is not permitted. Guest registrations do not count toward group discounts.
